Prayer isn't just a part of our lives; Prayer is our life.

The Pious Association of Jesus the Healer (JH) members live a dedicated, consecrated life, surrendering to God, the Church, and each other. Our lifestyle, marked by poverty, abnegation, purity, sincerity, and obedience, is a powerful witness inspiring example for all. Through prayer, self-denial, and meditation on Scriptures, we seek perfection and deepen our understanding of salvation. We aim to build up the Catholic Church through our actions, words, and thoughts, training faithful priests for the Church's healing ministry, and strengthening the Body of Christ.

We conduct a three-day stay at the retreat house in Tamil at Jesus the Healer, Dindigul Center, every third weekend of the month, from Friday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Additionally, we hold a Night Vigil every 2nd Saturday from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

At Ave Maria Dhiyana Illam, Tirunelveli, we hold a Night Vigil every last Saturday from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

OUR MISSION AND VISION

The sole motto of our Pious Association of Jesus the Healer is United in Faith, Committed to Holiness: One Family, One Mission – To Live and Die for Jesus and the Catholic Church, striving for Sainthood or Martyrdom.

Our mission is to spread healing and faith through the Catholic Church, strengthening believers and building the Kingdom of God. We, the Pious Association of Jesus the Healer, preach the Word of God and Catholic teachings, aiming to emulate Jesus' healing ministry. We conduct various activities such as retreats, seminars, and counseling to fulfill this mission. Just as Jesus showed compassion and mercy to those in need, we strive to bring His healing touch to the world, especially to the marginalized and oppressed.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Rev. Fr. A. Joseph Victor JH became a priest belonging to the Congregation of the Heralds of Good News, which was started by Fr. Jose Kaimlett in the 1980s.  In 2015, he also formed the JH Pious Association for sisters. Additionally, he established Ave Maria Novitiate for Novices and Ave Maria Dhyaana Illam for Retreats in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, as an extension of the Pious Association.
